Rehamna 5x6.5feet / 152x200cm

This unique vintage moroccan rug was probably made in the Rehamna area, North from Marrakech. The main background color is an undyed, light coffee brown with beige, black orange and pink floral and diamond designs in a classic symetrical composition. This is such a calm and lovely bohemian rug!

The rug is made of wool on a cotton base and is a medium pile. It is a high quality handmade rug, quite thick and heavy. Both endings are a flatweave kilim on a few inches. The colors are original and have not been artificially faded.


Approximate dimensions are 5x6.5feet (+6inches tassels on one ending) / 152x200cm (+15cm tassels on one ending).
The rug has not been cut and will come in its original shape. Due to the handmade weaving work, the rug is not perfectly rectangle but shows slightly rounded borders as you can see on the pictures attached.


Please note that this rug is vintage, meaning that it's been made first for private use, not directly for the market. It will come with light signs of wear, which make it unique and charming. That said, the rug shows no stains or obvious fixes and is in a great vintage condition overall!
