I selected this large, vintage Ait Yacoub rug from piles of carpets because I think that it's a stunning piece! I mean look at this color!
Main color is a super bright, warm pink with lighter pink, turquoise and gray floral and stars designs all over it.
This rug is made of wool 100%, low pile.
Approximate dimensions are 6x12.6feet / 184x385cm. The rug has not been cut or artificially faded and is in its original shape. You can tell from the composition and from the "frame" into the rug.
This rug is real vintage, meaning that it's been made first for private use, not directly for the market. It will come with signs of wear. Main things you should note are the bottom right corner that is bite (can be fixed for free) and a stain on the top left corner (see close-up pictures attached) + some worn spots in pile. Despite that the whole rug is in great vintage condition!
